What is a feedback solution?
Feedback solutions are easy to use polls that can be located in individual homes or communal areas.
The poll choices are fully customisable (up to 5 selections) and therefore can be designed to meet any specific need. For example:
- For tenants, these options may allow them to provide feedback on their wellbeing.
- For staff, the options could be used to register shortages and replenish requirements, e.g. when soap, sanitiser or PPE equipment is running low.

Central Informative Dashboard
Once entered the feedback is sent automatically and in real-time to a central dashboard. The resulting information can be used to complement workflows and processes or trend analytics and monitoring.
If required, alerts can be provided by SMS or email for specific feedback choices.
How it works
- notiria provides you with a unique QR code based on your requirements for each selected location and your customised choices.
- You print and display the QR code by location.
- Tenants / Staff scan the QR code with their smart phone and then select the appropriate feedback option in the resulting screen.
- The feedback is then automatically uploaded to the central dashboard (triggering any defined alerts if required).
A key feature is that this solution is touch free and therefore safe for tenants and staff.
The solution can be deployed and working within days.
